Dormouse

I like to think of this as a dormouse, but it's not.  It's a pocket gopher.  So named, not because it will fit into your pocket (as I had originally presumed), but because it has pocket-like cheeks.

The small teapot is vintage (circa 1920's) Czechoslovakian.
