Silkie chicken.  Unusual feathers. 

In some parts (such as on the top of the head) they are fluffy, like fur.  The edges of the wings and tail are distinctively lacy.

Silkies are also noted for their extra toes and highly prized in some Asian cultures for their blue meat.
